A fully fitted kitchen will allow you to enjoy the freshest ingredients of Scotland, and included wifi will allow you to get the best recipes too! The house also enjoys a woodburner to snuggle around in the colder evenings. There is a bedroom on the ground floor, making this a perfect place to holiday if you have mobility issues.
Along the bottom of the cottage runs the River Fechlin. Aside from splashing around in it in hotter days, it also makes for a great place to try your hand at trout fishing. If you are looking for an escape into the wilderness (whilst still having wifi), this is a great cottage to stay in.

Fechlin Cottage is by Whitebridge, just south of Loch Ness. Nearby places to visit include Dunlichity Church and burial ground. Off the beaten track, this is a place where you can touch history and stand in the same spot soldiers once stood to sharpen their swords on the way to the Battle of Culloden.
It is also close by to Dores, one of the most popular spots for searching for the Loch Ness Monster. It is here that famous Nessie Hunter, Steve Feltham, is based and you can buy his artwork by the beach.
