Royal Dornoch invites guests to play on the Championship Course or the Struie Course. These two courses offer a different challenge for each golfer.
Ridges, round hillocks, sandy dunes and undulating links all come together to provide a challenge on this par 70 course. The wind around here can have a significant impact on how the game is played, making each round different from the last.
The Struie Course is the sort which you can play regularly and never tire of doing so. Although still a challenge to experienced golfers, it’s a great course to play for fun and enjoyment even if you have higher handicaps. It was originally opened as a 12 hole ladies course in 1899, and then expanded to a full 18 holes in 1999.
